Engreeneers was founded by Dr Sam Shokravi in 2013 with an engagement fund awarded to her by the University of Melbourne and with Australian Conservation Foundation as the collaborator. After two years of engaging students and staff with sustainability principles, Engreeneers grew to become a coaching and consulting service.
Dr Sam Shokravi has a PhD in Industrial Sustainability from the University of Melbourne, with knowledge and experience in Australian and international manufacturing processes and businesses. She also runs community outreach programs in collaboration with Laneway Learning and other non-for-profits.
Dr Andres Munoz is the chief technical officer at Engreeneers, after finishing his PhD in pattern recognition and algorithm optimisation. He assists designing customised algorithms for various industries and businesses to evaluate their sustainability performance. He is also a research fellow at the University of Melbourne.
